Departing from Murton to the east of York, all three route options head towards the historic city, crossing the River Ouse at the Millenium Bridge, then past the racecourse and onto some stunning little country roads in the direction of Leeds.
All routes avoid Leeds city centre - the short at 41 miles loops back to York at just beyond Tadcaster; the medium goes as far as Alwoodley before turning around; and the long continues out past Harewood and then to Otley and Fewston before returning through North Rigton to rejoin the medium route.
Entry fees are short £26; medium £31 and long £36
