Get chased around the course by The Beast - he travels at 12.5mph and if he passes you YOU ARE BEASTED and it's game over!
You'll have to get up early - the start is 05.00 sharp from Thirsk racecourse and you have to stay ahead of The Beast for all of 200 miles with 5275m of hills along the way.
If this is too scary, then there's a mini-beast route at half the distance and just under half the climbing - but you still have to start at 05.00 and you still have to climb Rosedale Chimney!
