Bronte Sportive

The Bronte Sportive 2023 with the Queensbury Queens of the Mountain Cycling Club is a challenging cycling event in the heart of the West Yorkshire Pennines.
For 2023, there will be six Bronte themed routes to suit all abilities:

The Heathcliff, at 98 miles, is by no means one of the longest sportives, but is recognised as being mile for mile one of the toughest sportives in the UK up alongside the Fred Whitton.

The Charlotte is 79.1 miles, the Emily is 57.1 miles and the Anne is 36.4 miles. Branwell at a flat(ish) 21.1 miles is a relatively easy route for beginners.

All of our routes (except the Branwell) will include the iconic Haworth main street where all participants get the opportunity to do the Chris Mitchell Memorial Hill Climb Challenge.
This year, there is also a Virtual Bronte Sportive entry option, where you can choose your own route and get your medal sent in the post.
