These routes are as tough as it gets - the medium is 89 miles with 2500m of climbing, while the long is 123 miles with a staggering 3400m of ascent.
Both routes start from HQ at Richmond School and are along quiet country lanes with stunning views.
Entry fees are £40 for the medium with two feedstations and £45 for the long with three feedstations
